(1) The authority shall publish a notice in a national daily newspaper and solicit applications from investors who wish to establish industries in special economic zones.
(2) In the notification according to sub-rule (1), the industries that can be established in the special economic zone, the available infrastructure, the minimum rental rate, the place where the application should be submitted and the last date must be mentioned.
(3) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-rules (1) and (2), in the case of a special economic zone established, operated and managed by a person who has received a certificate of approval, it shall be as arranged by the person who has received a certificate of approval.
